Welcome to Agile and Lean Change Management
with Peter Lam

You are seeing this page, because you registered for an upcoming Course. Please read it, as it gives you important information about what you need to do to be prepared for the day.

If you came here by accident, go have a look at the main ALCM page.

Please click on the date of your course to complete the pre-course survey, that helps us understand more about you and your learning objectives.

Melbourne - Friday, 13th October

Sydney - Wednesday, 1st November

Melbourne - Friday, 24th November

VERY IMPORTANT!

Please think about a problem that you face at your workplace that you would like to apply Agile and Lean Change principles to. If you can't think of a current one, it's fine to bring one from a previous role or company. You will be using a "One Page Change Plan" that is part of the Lean Change toolkit, to work through your problem.

Above - sample of the One page change plan that you will fill in throughout the course

Praise for this course

I was delighted to join the first Agile & Lean Change course … I’d recommend this to Change Managers wanting to incorporate agile & lean techniques; and to agilists who need to understand Change. It’s a powerful blend of both Change and Agile and you’ll leave with a kitbag of new, pragmatic tools to support your team’s learning and help them achieve better outcomes.
— Penelope Barr. Technology Leader, Transformation, Digital & Program Director ANZ Bank
What I’ve noticed is that when I’m implementing UX into a business, we also need to talk Change Management. I took away from this course an understanding, toolkit and lean process to use in those conversations. The synergies between UX and Change processes were uncanny and how nicely they were extended in this session. I’d recommend this course if you want to continuously manage and monitor change across your business from the 80/20 perspective and get your 80% impact from 20% effort.
